Chicken Broccoli Casserole with Rice

10 ounces chopped broccoli -- thawed
2 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 1/4 cups cooked chicken -- cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
4 ounces Mozzarella cheese -- divided
-- grated
Thaw broccoli, in colander, under running water. Let drain thoroughly. Spread on bottom of 9 x 9-inch greased pan. Top with cooked rice. Combine chicken, soup,mayonnaise and 1 cup of the grated Mozzarella cheese. Pour over rice and broccoli. Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Be careful not to burn casserole, check frequently during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Recipe
