Recipe Introduction

Another goop recipe concocted at the suggestion of my daughter who said try using the instant sugar-free chocolate fudge pudding mix. Tastes pretty good.

List of Ingredients

°1 3/8 ounces Sugar-Free Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix
° 1 cup water
°4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
°2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
°1 cup Cool Whip Free
° dash cherry extract
°4 slices chocolate graham Crackers -- crushed
° 8 maraschino cherries,whole -- quartered
° dash maraschino cherries juice
° 2 maraschino cherries,whole -- halved

In a large mixing bowl, using a metal whisk, whisk together the pudding mix, dry milk, fat-free cream cheese and water until thickened. Add the quartered maraschino cherries and cherry juice. Gently fold mixture together using a rubber spatula.

Fold in Cool Whip and half of the crushed graham crackers.

Smooth top and then sprinkle remaining crushed graham crackers over top. Layer remaining Cool Whip over graham cracker mixture. Top with cherry halves. Chill.

Serves 4.
