    Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces cream cheese -- or cottage cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup sweet cherries, frozen -- pitted cherries
    1 cup half and half

    Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into ice cream maker
    and freeze.
