    8 ounces cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup strawberries
    3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
    1/4 cup whipping cream

    Blend ingredients in blender and pour into ice cream maker. Freeze according to directions.
