    I like to sweeten this up a bit with some Splenda. A wonderful dessert even my kids love.

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups sliced strawberries -- Pureed until smooth
    2 cups Cool Whip Free
    4 ounces angel food cake -- sliced

    Fold strawberry puree into Cool Whip Free. Tear angel food cake slices into bits and fold into strawberry mixture. Spoon into dessert dishes or parfait glasses. Chill.

    Serves 4.
