List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds fish fillets
1/2 cup milk
2 cups white sauce -- medium
1 teaspoon sherry flavoring
1/4 cup grated cheese -- sharp
Use any deboned or filleted fish (sole, snapper --- any white fish). Place pieces in greased baking dish and add milk. Bake 30 minutes. Make a medium white sauce and add sherry flavoring and grated cheese. Pour over fish and broil until golden brown. Serves 4.
