    Impossible Tuna-Dill Pie

    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 teaspoon dillweed
    6 ounces tuna in water -- drained
    1/2 teaspoon dillweed
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup Bisquick® baking mix
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe





    Mix sour cream and dill and 1/2 teaspoon dillweed. Let chill while pie bakes.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle tuna and dill over pie plate bottom. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream mixture.
