Shrimp in Garlic Butter

1 1/2 tablespoons butter
12 ounces shrimp -- peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons sherry
1 teaspoon dried parsley
In a large skillet, heat butter. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook and stir frequently until shrimp turns pink. Stir in sherry. Sprinkle dried parsley over shrimp mixture.
