    4 pounds cooked ham -- boneless
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/3 cup orange juice -- or apple juice

    Recipe



    Place ham in large slow cooker. mix together brown sugar and mustard in
    a small dish. Spread over ham. Pour juice around ham, but not on ham.
    Cover.

    Cook on low setting 6 to 7 hours or until internal temperature
    registers 150 degrees F. Remove ham from juices; cover with foil. Let
    stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

    Serves 12.
