Cinnamon Apples

List of Ingredients
3 cups apples -- sliced
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons brown sugar -- packed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart microwave safe casserole. Mix lightly. Cover with casserole lid.
Microwave 4 1/2 to 5 minutes on high or until tender, stirring once. Serve warm or chilled.
Can serve with vanilla ice cream. Also, can add about 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest for an orange flavor. Add with cinnamon.
Makes about 5 servings.
