Chicken and Noodles
1 pound noodles
4 teaspoons chicken
4 cups water
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken, light meat
10 ounces Peas and carrots, frozen
2 stalks celery -- sliced 1/2" thick
1 tablespoon onion -- chopped
Cook chicken. Cook noodles in broth. Make a paste of flour and water and add to noodles. Add chicken and cook until thickened. Add peas and carrots and cook until tender. Serve.
Serves 6.
