Mary's Apple Tart
1 puff pastry sheet
3 apples -- sliced thin
6 tablespoons Splenda Granular -- or sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Peel and slice apples. Line a 8-inch tart pan with puff pastry sheet. Partially bake puff pastry. Line with sliced apples in a decorative fashion.
Combine sugar and spices. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake tart until done, about 400 degrees F.
Serves 6.
