Pork Chops with Vegetables

List of Ingredients
1 tablespoon fat
4 pork chops, 1-inch thick
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup water
4 potatoes, small
4 carrots, whole, medium
Recipe
Heat Cooker; add fat. Season pork chops and brown. Add water. Place small potatoes and whole carrots on top. do not fill Cooker over 2/3 full. Place over on Cooker. Allow steam to flow from vent pipe to release all air from Cooker. Place indicator weight on vent pipe and cook 10 to 12 minutes with stem at COOK position. Let stem return to DOWN position.
