    Mandarin Chicken Salad

    Six Ingredients or Less

    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces rotini -- or penne pasta
    2 cups cooked chicken -- cubed
    1 can mandarin oranges -- drained
    1 cup celery -- thinly sliced
    6 ounces orange yogurt
    3/4 cup cashews -- split

    Cook, rinse and drain pasta well. Combine remaining ingredients except cashews and chill well. Add split cashews just before serving.
