    List of Ingredients




    8 hot dogs
    1 pound sauerkraut
    8 hot dog buns -- buttered
    prepared mustard
    chopped onion

    Drop hot dogs into boiling water then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.

    Heat sauerkraut over low heat and then drain. Serve hot dogs in buns; top with sauerkraut, mustard and chopped onion.

    Serves 8.
