List of Ingredients
1 cup broth -- meat broth from pot roast or stew
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons flour
Remove meat from platter. Keep warm. Skim excess fat from meat broth. Pour off broth, measure out amount needed, and return to kettle.
Shake water and flour together in a covered jar. Whisk into meat broth and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Season and serve.
Makes 1 cup.
