Mushroom Sauce

List of Ingredients
1 cup mushrooms -- sliced
1 teaspoon onion -- grated
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
Saute mushrooms and onion in butter 5 minutes before adding the flour, etc.
Melt butter over low heat and then add flour, salt, pepper. Cook until bubbly over low heat. Add milk and whisk in until smooth. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute.
