Thrifty and tasty pasta bake that's so easy to make.


List of Ingredients




1 jar spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese, if desired
Choose One
1 package penne
1 package rigatoni
1 package egg noodles
1 package elbow macaroni
Choose One
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground turkey
Choose One or Two
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup sour cream



Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Cook pasta using package directions. Drain well.

Brown meat in a skillet. Drain off fat.

Add pasta sauce to browned meat in skillet.

Add the cheese(s) into a small bowl and mix together.

Place pasta, meat and cheese mixture in the prepared casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
