Julienned Carrots

2 pounds carrots -- julienned
1/2 cup margarine -- melted
3 tablespoons brown sugar
salt and pepper -- to taste
Place carrots in large saucepan. Pour butter over top. Add brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, until carrots are crisp tender, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 6 to 8.
