    Parmesan Baked Potatoes

    6 tablespoons margarine -- melted
    3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- grated
    8 medium potatoes -- halved

    Scrub potatoes. Do not peel. Melt margarine in pan in oven. Watch carefully so margarine does not burn. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter. Place potatoes, cut side down, in melted margarine and cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender. Makes 8 servings.
