    Lemon-Orange Raison Cake

    1 box lemon cake mix

    4 eggs

    1/2 cup oil

    1 10 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice

    grated rind of 1 orange

    1/2 cup raisons

    FROSTING

    1 teaspoon butter

    grated rind of 1 orange

    1/2 cup orange juice -- approximately

    icing sugar


    Put all ingredients for cake in a large bowl and beat 2-3 minutes. Oranges will break up nicely. Add the raisons. Pour into a greased bundt cake pan and bake at 350* for about 30 minutes, or until it springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely.
    Beat all frosting ingredients together. Pour over top of cake letting it run down the sides.
