    El Paisano Pecan Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1 9-inch unbaked prepared pie crust
    1 cup whole pecans
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup dark corn syrup
    1/4 cup evaporated milk
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 tablespoon butter, melted

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 500 F. Arrange pecans in unbaked prepared pie crust. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over pecans. Place pie in center of hot oven. Reduce temperature to 325 F. and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Pie should be golden brown and center should move a little when done. Makes 8 servings.
