Vegetable Minestrone Soup

List of Ingredients
- 2 medium carrots cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 medium stalk celery, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cans vegetable broth
- 1 can cannelli beans, drained
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 can italian style stewed tomatoes, undrained and cut up
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 small can zucchini
- 1/4 box spaghetti broken into thirds
Instructions
- in crockpot combine all ingredients except spaghetti
- 30 minutes before serving stir dry spaghetti into soup
- turn crockpot to high, cover and cook until spaghetti is tender
