Potatoe Salad

List of Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes
- 1 quart mayonaise
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 8 chopped, hard boiled eggs
- 1 chopped onion
- 8 sweet/dill pickles chopped
Instructions
- Peel, dice and cook potatoes until mushy.
- Drain....do NOT rinse
- immediately add mayonaise while potatoes are still hot
- mix well
- add eggs, pickles and onions
- mix well
- add mustard
- mix well
