List of Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 or 3 bay leaves (be sure to remove before eating)
- 1 can 26oz tomato puree
- 5 cans (puree) water
- 10 oz package frozen spinach
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can peas
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 8 oz shell macaroni
Instructions
- saute garlic, celery, onions and carrots in oil until tender
- add thyme, oregano, bay leaves, puree and water
- bring to a boil and add spinach, green beans, peas and kidney beans.
- bring to another boil and add cooked macaroni.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
