    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb of italian sausage (removed from casing)
    • 1 can diced tomatoes
    • 3 16 oz cans beef brothe
    • 1 can white beans
    • 1/2 pound cooked Ditalini
    • 1 small can tomatoe paste
    • 1/2 tsp basil
    • 1/2 tsp oregano
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 med. onion chopped


    Instructions


    1. In a dutch oven brown sausage and onion together. Do NOT drain.
    2. Add beef brothe and diced tomatoes.
    3. Add tomatoe paste. Stir until mixed in.
    4. Add basil, garlic and oregano.
    5. Cover and let simmer for 2 hours.
    6. Cook ditalini to desired softness, drain and add to dutch oven.
    7. Add can of great northern beans.
    8. Gently stir until all ingredients are blended.
    9. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.


    Final Comments


    When served, top with grated cheese. Serve with salad and Italian bread for a great snowy day dinner.
