    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 cup celery, chopped
    • 1 cup onions, chopped
    • 1 cup carrots, chopped
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 1/2 tsp thyme
    • 1/2 tsp oregano
    • 2 or 3 bay leaves (be sure to remove before eating)
    • 1 can 26oz tomato puree
    • 5 cans (puree) water
    • 10 oz package frozen spinach
    • 1 can green beans
    • 1 can peas
    • 1 can red kidney beans
    • 8 oz shell macaroni


    Instructions


    1. saute garlic, celery, onions and carrots in oil until tender

    2. add thyme, oregano, bay leaves, puree and water

    3. bring to a boil and add spinach, green beans, peas and kidney beans.

    4. bring to another boil and add cooked macaroni.

    5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
