    CARROT CAKE

    List of Ingredients




    CAKE:
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    3 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    3 cups carrots, finely ground
    2 tsp vinegar

    FROSTING:
    1/2 cup margarine
    1/2 pound powdered sugar
    1 (3-oz)pkg cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Cake:
    Mix first 3 ingredients, mix well. Add next 4 ingredients, mix well. Add last 2 ingredients. Mix well again. Pour into 9"X13" pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes unti done.

    Frosting:
    Mix all ingredients until glossy and frost cooled cake.
