    SLOPPY JOE CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound Ground Beef
    1 cup Catsup
    1/2 cup water
    2 Tbls. instant minced onions
    1 tsp Beef Bouillon or 1 cube
    2 cups Bisquick
    2/3 cup milk

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Cook and stir the ground beef in skillet until brown, drain. Stir in catsup, water, onion and bouillon. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

    Mix baking mix and milk until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes, Spread half the dough in an ungreased square pan, 8x8x2-inches.

    Top with beef mixture. Drop the remaining dough, by spoonfuls, onto top.

    Bake until biscuits are light brown, about 25 minutes. Serves 4
