    Jeff's Favorite Cherry Dessert

    List of Ingredients




    Crust:

    2 cups plain flour
    2 sticks margarine (softened)
    1 cup finely chopped pecans

    Filling:

    3 cups confectioner's sugar
    1 8-ounce package cream cheese (softened)
    1 large carton of Cool Whip

    Topping:

    2 cans Cherry Pie Filling

    Recipe



    Crust:

    Cut flour and margarine together with pastry blender. Add nuts. Pat into greased pan (9x13"). Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. The crust does not brown. Cool completely.

    Filling:

    Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add in Cool Whip. Spread over crust and up the sides of the pan.

    Topping:

    You can choose any type of pie filling for a topping. Blueberry or Lemon works also (but I think Cherry is the best).

    Keep Refrigerated.
