Crystal's Mexi Layered Dip

Jenny's daughter, Crystal, lost her battle with cancer this month. This was her favorite dip.

2 (16 oz) cans refried beans (can use 3 if desired)
3 avacados, peeled, pitted and smashed
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonaise
1 packet taco seasoning
2 small cans sliced black olives (I used 2 large (3.8 oz) cans)
1 bunch green onions, chopped (include as much green as desired)
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 small package (2 cup size) 4 cheese blend grated cheese
Recipe
Make dip in layers in a lasagna pan.
1st Layer:
spread refried beans in pan.
2nd Layer:
prepare avacadoes, smash and mix with lemon juice. Spread over beans.
3rd Layer:
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread over avacadoes.
4th Layer:
Drain olives very well, and sprinkle over sour cream mixture.
5th Layer:
Chop green onions and sprinkle over olives.
6th Layer:
Chop tomatoes and sprinkle over onions.
7th Layer:
Sprinkle grated cheese over the tomatoes.
Keep refrigerated until time to serve.
Serve with Tortilla chips.
