1 (6 1/4 oz.) can tuna
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce

Drain and flake tuna. Cream together cheese and butter. Add seasonings and tuna, mixing thoroughly. Spread each toast round with 2 tsp. of the mixture. Place on a cookie sheet; broil 4" from heat for 3 to 4 min. or until lightly
browned.
