1 cup sugar, divided
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
24 ounces cream cheese
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
21 ounces blueberry pie filling
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium saucepan, combine 1/4 cup
sugar and butter; heat until the butter is melted and smooth. Stir in
graham cracker crumbs until well mixed. Press evenly over the bottom
of a 13" x 9" baking pan. In a large bowl with an electric mixer,
beat 24 ounces cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in 3/4 cups
sugar, then eggs, one at a time, and finally vanilla. Spoon blueberry
pie filling over the crust and top with the cream cheese mixture.
Bake just until set, about 45 to 50 minutes. Cool then chill until
cold, about 2 hours before cutting into squares.
