The best "company" recipe I've ever run across is Chicken and Rice, e-mail me if you would like the recipe, I would love to send it to you. Maggie from Wahoo, Ne. PS It can easily be doubled.
List of Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of water
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
chopped celery to taste
chopped onion to taste
enough butter to saute celery and onions
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 washed, cut up chickenRecipe
1 washed, cut up chicken
1. Grease an oblong cake pan.
2. Saute celery and onions in butter until tender-crisp.
3. Mix all of the above ingredients in the cake pan except the chicken.
4. Place uncooked, seasoned chicken, skin side up, on top of the rice.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
