    1 & 1/4 lb. chicken tenders, cut crosswise in half
    1 large tomato, cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 small cucumber, seeded & sliced
    1/2 sweet onion, finely sliced
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 tsp. fresh oregano, minced
    3 tsp. fresh mint , minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    12 lettuce leaves
    6 whole wheat pita breads, cut crosswise
    nonstick cooking spray

    Spray large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add chicken, cook and stir 7 to 10 minutes or until browned; cool slightly. Combine chicken, tomato, cucumber and onion in medium bowl.
    Drizzle with vinegar and oil; toss to coat.
    Sprinkle with oregano, mint and salt;
    toss to combine. Place 1 lettuce leaf in each
    pita bread half. Divide chicken mixture evenly, spoon into pita bread halves.
