    Ham and Cheese Potato Bake

    I made this for company over the summer and it got rave reviews. It makes a lot, too!

    List of Ingredients




    1 package (30 oz.) frozen country style hash brown potatoes
    2 cups cubed cooked ham
    ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cups sour cream
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    ¼ tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, ham, 1//2 cup cheese and onion. In another bowl, combine sour cream, soups, and pepper; add to potato mixture and mix well. Transfer to a greased 3 qt. Baking dish or 9 x 12 pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° fir 60-65 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 10-12 servings.
