    CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
    4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
    1/3 cup Equal® Sugar Lite™
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    BROWNIE LAYER:
    1/2 cup stick butter
    2 squares (2 ounces) unsweetened chocolate
    1 cup Equal® Sugar Lite™
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    For Cream Cheese Layer, combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl.
    Mix on medium speed of mixer until well blended; set aside. For
    Brownie Layer, melt butter and chocolate in medium size heavy
    saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and
    stir in Equal® Sugar Lite™ until blended. Mix in eggs, one at a time,
    beating until well combined after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Add
    combined flour, baking powder and salt, mixing until blended. Pour
    brownie mixture in an 8-inch square pan well-sprayed with non-stick
    cooking spray. Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls over brownie
    mixture. Swirl cream cheese mixture into brownie mixture using tip of a sharp knife.

    Bake in preheated 350°F oven 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Makes 24.
