    Source of Recipe

    Cooking Light

    List of Ingredients

    Cooking spray
    1 c. all purpose flour
    1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp salt
    3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 T. canola oil
    1 egg
    1 egg white

    Recipe

Preheat oven to 350. Coat bottom only of an 8 x 8 baking pan with cooking spray. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. (DO NOT SCOOP flour and do not pack it in the cup. Use a spoon.) Combine flour, chips, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Combine sugars and remaining five ingredients in another bowl. Stir until well blended. Add flour mixture, stirring until just blended. Spread batter (it will be very thick) in bottom of prepared pan.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out almost clean. Cool on a wire rack; cut into 16 pieces.
