    List of Ingredients




    Filling:

    2 large baking apples
    1 cup blueberries
    1 cup Splenda, divided
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 cup lite Bisquick
    1/2 cup egg product
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Topping:

    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup lite Bisquick
    2 Tbs. lite margarine

    Recipe



    Filling: Spray pie plate with non-stick spray. Peel and slice apples thinly, toss with blueberries, cinnamon, salt, and 1/2 cup Splenda. Place in pie plate and set aside.

    In mixing bowl, combine 1/3 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup Splenda, egg product, milk and vanilla. Pour over apple mixture.

    Prepare Topping: Combine all topping ingredients and combine with fork or pastry cutter until crumbly. Scatter evenly over top of apples. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serves 6
