Stuffed Cabbage

List of Ingredients
2 medium sized onions, cut in chunks
1 large head cabbage
2 pounds lean ground beef
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups tomato juice, divided
4 packets Sweet and Low
2 tablespoons lemon juiceRecipe
In a large saucepan, cook onions and cabbage in boiling water about 5
minutes. Drain, leaving onions in saucepan, and removing cabbage.
Mix ground meat with pepper, garlic powder, and 1/2 cup tomato
juice. Divide into 18 portions. Separate cabbage leaves and place
portion of meat on each. Roll up and fasten with toothpick. Place
in saucepan with onions. Stir Sweet N' Low and lemon juice into
remaining tomato juice. Pour over all. Cover and gently simmer 1
hour, or until cabbage is tender and meat is cooked through.
Serving; 1 cabbage roll
