    Parmesan Chicken Cutlets

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 Tbsp Italian-style bread crumbs
    • 1/8 tsp paprika
    • 4 (4oz) chicken breast filelts


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400F
    2. In a ziplock bag, combine cheese, bread crumbs and paprika. Shake well.
    3. Pour crumb mixture onto a plate. Dip each chicken piece into the crumb mixture, turning to coat all sides.
    4. Arrange chicken on a non-stick baking sheet (or spray the pan with cooking spray). Bake until chicken is cooked, about 20-25 minutes.
