    1 (10 ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained
    1 (8 ounce) can peas, drained
    3/4 cup finely chopped celery
    1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste

    Toss all ingredients and chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
