    1/4 cup Fat-Free Mayo
    2 Egg Whites
    1 stalk Celery
    4 Med. Scallions (Green Onions...)
    2 Med. Sweet Pickles
    Seasoned Salt to taste
    Seasoned Pepper to taste
    1 Jalapeno Pepper

    Mix all ingredients.
