2 (8 ounce) Salmon Steaks (halved)
nonfat butter spray
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
freshly ground pepperRecipe
Spray salmon with nonstick spray. Sprinkle with 1/2 marjoram and
pepper. Spray, turn and sprinkle with remaining half of marjoram and
pepper. Broil 5-8 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with
fork.
