    List of Ingredients




    2 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
    1 small onion(s)
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup cilantro
    16 oz fat-free chicken broth
    1 medium lime(s)
    15 oz canned pinto beans
    2 Tbsp Canned Diced Green Chili

    Brown bite size chicken pieces in olive oil, while cooking, mix onion, garlic, cumin, oregano,cinnamon & cilantro. Add to browned chicken pieces and cook until onion in transparent. Add pinto beans, chicken broth and lime juice. Cook for 30 minutes.

    Serves 4

    Special Notes

    Good with sprinkled cheddar cheese but make sure you add the points!
