Barbecued Baked Beans

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp canola oil
4 cans (15 oz each) pork and beans
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbs. lemon juice
2 tbs. balsamic vinegar or cider vinegar
2 tbs. chili powder
2 tbs. finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1/8 tsp liquid smokeRecipe
In a Dutch oven, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until thickened and bubbly.
