Broccoli-Cheddar Stuffed Potato

1 baked potato 10 oz split and fluffed
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream
3/4 ounce cheddar cheese shreddedRecipe
In small bowl, combine potato flesh, broccoli and sour cream; stuff
back into potato skin.
Arrange stuffed potato in medium baking pan; bake until heated
through, about 15 minutes.
Serving (1 stuffed potato) provides: 1 veg, 1 pro, 2 bread 10 cal.
