    recipe is for 1 1/2 lb. loaf, 2 lb. loaf in parenthesis

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/8 c. water (1 1/2 c. )
    1 T. unsalted butter, cut into pieces (2 T.)
    2 T. dark honey (3 T. )
    2 2/3 c. bread flour (3 1/2 c.)
    1/3 c. light buckwheat flour (1/2 c.)
    1 T. gluten (1 T. +1 tsp.)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (2 tsp.)
    2 tsp. SAF yeast (2 1/2 tsp.) or
    2 1/2 tsp. (1 T.) bread machine yeast

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in pan according to manufacturer's directions. Set crust on dark and program for the Basic cycle. Press Start. Not suitable for the use with the Delay Timer. When done, remove from pan and cool to room temp. before slicing.
