    Crystal's Cinnamon rolls

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/4 c. Hot water
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar

    2 beaten eggs
    4 T. yeast
    7 c. flour

    Recipe



    Mix together water, shortening, salt and sugar. Add eggs and yeast. Add flour to make a soft dough. Add 2 c. at a time to 5 c. Add 6th c. on counter and knead in. Add 7th cup if needed. Divide dough in half. Roll out. Do one half into cinnamon rolls. Cover with towel and do other half. Let raise 15-20 minutes. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

    Frosting:
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    milk

    Cream butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Add milk to make a spreading consistency. Frost rolls while warm.
