    Parmesan Pepper Pull-Apart Bread

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 c butter or margarine, melted
    4 oz fresh parmesan chees grated ( 1 cup)
    2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    2 pkg. refrigerated dinner rolls. ( I use regular bread dough)

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375* Lightly grease fluted tube pan or 2 loaf pans. In a small bowl combine
    parmesan cheese, black pepper and pressed garlic. Separate dinner rolls and cut each into fourths (if using regular bread dough just cut it into small pieces) Dip rolls into melted butter, then roll in cheese mixture. Arrange rolls evenly in pan. Bake 27-30 min. or until deep golden brown. Cool 5 min.on cooling rack carefully invert onto cooling rack to remove bread.
    Cook's tip: For Italian Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread substitue 2 tsp. Italian seasoning for 2 tsp.
    black pepper The black pepper makes this very spicey. We like it with the Italian seasoning
